Actually am using airtel postpaid network. I wanted to convert into airtel prepaid. So i called customercare and asked to change to prepaid. They told me to go a nearby store and submit ur details. But whenever i go to store they were telling that our system is not working or there is net issue going on. They told me this reason for several times.i went to store for many times. And my patience level is zero now. And my internet does work properly. Its not fast. But airtel is claiming that they are giving fast network speed. So i wanted to report a complaint against airtel.so plzz give justice.
