Dear Airtel
1) We have a Wi-fi internet connection No.: 036114433816_wifi in the name of Ms. Kumudani John with Mob No. 7693055695.
There has been lot of undue harassment from the service provider as we experienced during shifting of the connection (taking 5 days for relocation inspite of repeated reminders and agony of handling numerous call from call centers)
2) Recently (08th Dec2025) we applied for add-on connection for Television as well (Airtel Black Request ID : GTZE27KH7Y). We had placed request earlier as well.
The payment was initiated for the same.
The designated time was 11:30 to 1:00. However it was not executed. When the undersigned has called the service provider contact (Mob.: 9954647305 at 3:00pm), we were shared the mobile no. of the technician Mr. Atar Ali(Mob:6900970386), who confirmed that the assignment was allotted to him just a few minutes back before my call and he can attend only in the evening.
However we shall be out of time for 3 days or so.
This unprofessional behaviour has not only wasted our time but showed total lack of professionalism when it comes to the services provided by AIRTEL.
Under such unprofessional behaviour and service we have no option but the go for discontinuation of your services in due course.
Also do note that the undersigned in also holds a post-paid connection for Mob: No. 9589008607(Sunil John) for a long time.
Considering your service attitude and projection I have to think for disconnecting my mobile no. as well due to the unprofessional attitude and service.
