Complaint against Gopalan Signature Mall , Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore, KA
I have booked movie tickets throught Bookmyshow for Animal movie after checking my friend
who has visited the same movie along with his kid and family . while entering to the theatre manager stopped me saying that baby is not allowed , i told baby is just 2 years he cant understand anything
we have carried milk bottle he will drink and sleep no issues and below 3 years kid we cant take ticket
also but he didnt listen saying that if we caught allowing baby then we have to pay Rs. 8 lakhs fine if someone caught us so we will not allow. later i called him asking for replacing the tickets for next show with friends on call he said you have to buy tickets , then my friend booked the ticket for same movie in same Gopalan mall . while watching the movie i saw one baby inside the theatre since movie was running i was keep quite but in interval i took photo of baby for proof that baby in inside the hall. now i have a questing why this discrepancy as per the rules if baby is not allowed then theatre has to pay the fine . another manager told that that baby is 1 year and my baby is 2 years ,can any clarify age difference is very minimal 2 years baby cant understand anything .
my clear thought is to clarify the age group and if baby in not allowed inside the theatre then Gopalan Mall has to pay the penalty of this act and partial rude behaviour with me . i am attaching baby photo inside the hall and movie ticket kindly take immediate action
