Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you in good health. I am writing to formally file a complaint with the consumer court regarding the ongoing issues I have been facing with a faulty LG refrigerator that I purchased from Croma store, located at Phoenix Kurla. The purchase was made on 22nd June 2023, with the order number SOA123351735927, and the appliance was delivered on 25th June 2023.

I regret to inform you that the refrigerator has been plagued with persistent problems, most notably a moisture and water leakage issue that emerged within just five days of the purchase. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue through the appropriate channels, including discussions with both Croma and LG customer care representatives, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Over the past month, I have had the unfortunate need to interact with multiple LG technicians, each of whom has visited my premises on separate occasions. These technicians, namely Jaffar, Sajjad Naaem, Idrisi, Khurshid, Kalaam, and others, have inspected the appliance, taken photographs and videos of the issue, yet the problem persists. It was indicated that I would be eligible for a replacement pending the submission of their report. Regrettably, this has not materialized.

I have diligently documented each step of my attempts to address this issue, including raising service requests with both Croma and LG. Here is a summary of my service request history:

The issues with the refrigerator, including excessive moisture and electric shock concerns, continue to persist. These issues not only compromise the usability of the appliance but also pose a substantial safety risk to myself and my family.

To provide a comprehensive understanding of the situation, I have attached copies of the video showcasing the persistent problems afflicting the refrigerator.

In light of the ongoing and unresolved issues with the refrigerator, I have no alternative but to formally request an immediate replacement of the appliance. It is evident that the current unit is fundamentally defective and does not meet the expected standards of functionality.

I beseech you to urgently consider and address this matter. As a loyal customer of LG, I believe in the commitment of the company to ensuring customer satisfaction. I trust that the consumer court will intervene to facilitate a swift and just resolution.

I have already raised this matter to the MD’s office at LG ([email protected]) and also email to CEO office, but regrettably, no resolution has been achieved through that avenue.
