Hi Sir/Ma’am
I wish to complaint that my idea number which has been changed to vodafone has no network from last 4 months.
I have already spoken to few of the customer care executives however no one has given me the solution and after having no network from last 4 months still I am paying bill .
After escalating , I got a call from Mr Sahu
Who was not even aware for which number I complained and started using robotic responses.
I already asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor. He said we are not allowed to transfer the call to supervisor. When I convinced him then he responded that I will get a call back from manager which is not yet received it’s been 4th day.
For every responses his answer was we are not allowed to and also we are giving best approachable network where I was stating him I didn’t have network from last 4 months how come this would be best approachable network.
Kindly look into the issue!
