am from Kashmir J&K n i was using a no 9906000095 that was prepaid n i also have a balance of RS 450/= in that but due to some personal reason i cant use that sim for atleast a year. but nw when i insert sim in my mobile that shows reg failed n when i approach to connect they said u hav to deposit 2lack rupees for my own no which i cant afford.this sim is very important for me.kindly personally look into this matter n release sim please i have a humble request plz do me a favour plz Thanks & regards customer
