Hi team,
This was terrible experience to apply for new BB connection. Yesterday i got call from Neelam- mb no 093199 71989, she send one eng to collect ID and ecaf. Mr Sachin mb 09350022139 had came and i asked for the feasibility of connection before payment and he said yes, dont worry we definitely have the connection in this building, You just do payment. I did online payment instantly. Now I waited long for Engineer and tried to call all no but no one responded as payment stuff was done obviously. Some how we connected to Sachin through different way number and he said not feasible in your area. I am wondering if the same person told me go ahead without doubt and next day he denied. I really want file a case of mental harassment. Still no clue when i get refund.
The lady Neelam is really not playing appropriate role and responsibilities. I got frustrated. My contact no is 9278630074. Reach me and fix asap.
