Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please find attached Jio Bill with details of calling and message. We have received our telephonic bill by mail dt. 11/4/2019 against phone no. 8422914408 bill amt of Rs. 747.74/-.
In this bill we have been charged ISD messages, these messages are not send from our side amounted to Rs.440/-
You are requested to refund the amount of Rs.440/- AS NO ISD MESSAGES WERE SEND BY US.
You are also requested to please make the POLICE complaint to the police station and find out the person who made ISD Messages from Our Phone. and Please note, we are not responsible legally any things on this wrong doing of some else. from our phone.
