My name is-Chotu kumar Address-At 144 Durmatta (Near Hanumn Mandir Durmatta) Po Durmatta Ps Harpur Dist Munger State Bihar Pincode 813221
*** THE SERVICE TIME FOR RESOLUTION IS TO LONG, BUT I WANT RESOLUTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN DO IN 4-5 DAYS NOT BY 11TH MAY 2019.

My problem is that in my area jio network is very poor and server is too slow We can’t use the Internet (anytime),
We can’t talk anyone,we are not properly using the service from jio. We are unhappy with the service of jio But the places which are outside from our area they can properly call anybody they can use the internet properly. They use properly service from jio. In our area this problem we are facing since from beginning when jio (established)offer 4g network in our area.
Because There is no tower in 4-5 kms range(area).
Sir/madam this problem we are facing everytime not me my all our area peoples, I also told you before that if, you can’t believe on me that in my area jio server always very poor and slow,if you have not belief on me send your technician to take survey and check it that what is the position of jio network in our area.
I had also mail you before but you can’t gave me correct resolution. So,please this time give me correct resolution, and help me regarding this.
1.The problem facing in all handset model of all company whether it is Samsung,Mi,Sony,Asus etc.
2.At all website we are facing problem.
3.The problem faced everytime in 24 hours.
All people’s are facing same problem in our area.
Error message for call-Network Busy, Emergency Call Tower blinking Point(signal) low.
*Issue with all number in this area.
*And My area Is Durmatta Near Hanuman Mandir,Bihar 813221
*Error Message For Data- Low speed everytime,On any device Phone Company whether it is Samsung,Mi,Sony,Asus etc. ( on all models) or At All website we are facing problem regarding data speed.
To give your better satisfaction to constumer which are using your service from jio company.
Please,do fast as you can to resolve this problem and give your jio constumer correct resolution. So, Please help us regarding this.
I had also complaint before it but the resolution is not properly correct and there is no specific time for resolve the problem.
