2 months back I have ordered 1 kurti palazzo set from heerva shopping website. After recieving it I found it a totally different and wrong product which is not at all worthy than its price. I wanted to return and get it to be refunded but after surfing on that shopping website I found that it was written no refund or return options. There were other invalid options too. I tried calling on the given phone number on the bill since 1 month but there is no response. This is really a very bad experience for the victims of this thing.
