Dear Sir/Madam,
We are into reselling business and want to launch a complaint against one of our supplier, since we are facing issue regarding an order placed towards them. As per there process we had placed order and made the advance payment for the order, while taking follow-up for material dispatch details and delivery status the reseller has stopped responding to call and messages (Payment done on 5th July’2021 since then no response). Also has blocked our number on which we were doing communication.
Name of Supplier (against whom need to register the complaint): Aarti Gupta alas Khushbu Sharma
Her Mobile number: 7389038682 (available only on chat that also on whatsapp).
Payment done to her partner: Munna Yadav 8989434163 (Mobile switched off after payment)
Payment done of Rs 1900/-
We tried to talk to her from other number the seller is responding to new number.
Please look into the matter & do the needful, Awaiting on the information on action taken against this fraudster, also want our payment back.
