Dear Sir or Madam,

Consumer Rights Act 2015

On 26th August 2019, I bought an Iphone X (Silver, 64 GB) from Flipkart at a price of 65,700 INR. .

Recently, I went to the CROMA store to purchase the latest model of Iphone on an exchange offer on my old phone which i had purchased earlier, then i came to know that Flipkart had sold me the REFURBISHED(Low quality) product at the Original price.

I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price of 65,700 INR on the grounds that the goods were not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I enclose a copy of the proof of purchase.

To avoid taking court action, I am willing to use Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve this problem.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response from you within 7 days of the date of this mail, I intend to issue proceedings against you in the consumer court without further notice.

The issue was time and again addressed to the concerned flipkart team via ticket raised on Flipkart portal and also on customer care care. Notwithstanding, not even a single positive response from flipkart side.

Apropos, I request u to look into the matter on top priority.
