I bought an i20 car from a dealer on 2021 october. I have paid all the amount they demand and they have taken the original RC saying it will be required to provide the NOCand it will be provided within a month. I brought home the car and after a month i called the dealer and asked for the same. He replied that to wait for another month and so and so. But still i did not get the NOC and the car is parked in my garage for so long. I need the NOC badly so that i can sell the car.plz help
