I have recharged with Airtel’s 5G unlimited plan, but I’m unable to use 5G at my location because there is no 5G network coverage here. The network is available about 100 meters away from my home. I’ve been complaining to Airtel’s customer care for about a year now, but I haven’t received any help. I either want a refund or an extension of my plan’s validity.
