The authority concerned,

I, Amber Jain, a bonafide citizen of India and a resident of Delhi would like to bring to your notice that since September, 2019 I have been suffering mental trauma and agony. The reason of this exasperation is that I purchased  a ZMM integration tool from Zepo.in (startup based in Mumbai and Bangalore) which is used for online business building (in this case for the purpose of Gaurii&Gaithh, business owned by me). At the time of purchase, the startup promised various services and benefits to me. For the service I made a payment of Rs. 50000/- (approx.). They even promised a trial/demo service of the product, I purchased. But after a few weeks only the startup showed its true intention of harassing its customers. As a prudent human being, I called them, I mailed them and I even shared the whole situation with them on every social media website (twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) but they didn’t pay any attention to my grievances rather they were harassing me and abusing me. They were not trying to solve my problem and they didn’t even try to refund the money paid by me. They were completely ignoring me. I am suffering from intense disappointment and agony. I am in need of desperate help. Please reply as soon as possible. For further notice I am attaching the mails of the transactions.
