I was buy Zebronics ZEB – Thunder Bluetooth headphone at 27-JAN-2021 and order number is 12674893241 and it is delivered on 29-JAN-2021. But it is a defected headphone because it is not working ( Not ON or OFF) . So that i was apply replacement request (according to 7 days Replacement policy) at same day 29-JAN-2021, but after 5 days ( 03-JAN-2021) my replacement request Automatically cancelled by Paytm Mall. I am really shocked to this. So please tell me its solution. thanks
