That airtel has PORT (converted) my mobile no from Prepaid to Postpaid family plan namely platinum with monthly cost of Rs.999. Now the actual monthly bill became Rs.1200 so this very difficult for me to pay monthly bill. This regard I have approached to nearest airtel office for PORT out my family plan postpaid number to Prepaid number but the service provider very cleverly told me that the area from where my Sim card belonged could be PORT out at same area. When I told her to give in written then she called made a called to her boss then I talked with her boss her mobile no. During telephonic conversation her boss clearly told me that there is provision to PORT the Postpaid to Prepaid within the region. Then he told me to hand over mobile service provider after that she cleverly manipulated her boss and type PORT message in my mobile and send back a message of that writing PORT cannot done within the region so left office and mailed to Airtel to remove my postpaid number then a replied message came in my mail inbox that I have to clear dues so after that I have cleared all my dues then again I mailed back for removal of my Postpaid number then there came a message stating that my Postpaid number cannot be removed without consolidating my number from family plan. Then I followed the procedure but there is no provision to consolidate my number and they cleverly changed my plan from platinum to gold. They are still not giving me my freedom for changing from postpaid to Prepaid but they are playing with my emotion and financial status for their corruption and profit making intention. Because this kind of service provider the country is reeling under dark phase of corruption and having lots of poors who cannot demand even their right. So please book a regular case against airtel service provider Naharlagun office Arunachal Pradesh and pass necessary direction to compensate me for mental and financial only because of their corrupt practice and also make necessary direction to airtel company reserve full right for PORT out from Postpaid to Prepaid.
