Meri Joining 3rd January 2024 ko hui thi Arth Impact Digital Loan Pvt Ltd As a Cluster Head. Joining se pehle HR se mera discussion 1.5 Month tak chala tha Working location aur Working days, working hours aur working KRA ko lekar. Mene HR se yahi bola tha ager delhi k liye vacancy h toh m join kruga aur apni last company m resign karuga HR ne bola thik h aapki working location delhi rahegi aap shift karlo delhi jaldi se aur join krlo jaldi mene delhi m shift m karliya family k sath, uske baad mujhe 18th january tak gurgaon office bulaya gaya uske baad mujhe jabardasti lucknow bhej diya kyuki ab m majboor ho gaya tha kyuki mene apni last company m resign kar diya tha, mera delhi m shift karwane m kharcha karwaya aur uske baad lucknow bhej diya lucknow m shift hua waha per kharcha karwaya, aur HR ne bola bola tha 9:30 to 6:30 tak kaam karna hoga lekin 9 AM se lekar 8/9 PM tak kaam karwaga gaya, aur HR ne bola tha 2nd & 4th sutarday off rahega lekin month k last sunday sutarday bhi kaam karwaya gaya ager mene nahi kiya toh mujhe majboor kiya gaya, aur 8 feb 2024 ko HR ka call aata h mere pass k aapki january month ki performance kharab h hum aapko isliye company se nikaal rahe h. Jabki mene 19th january 2024 ko lucknow center join kiya tha itne din m kya performance hoti h abhi toh sahi se mujhe process ka pta bhi nahi chala tha kyuki abi tak kisi ne kuch nahi btaya tha process k bare m. HR n joining se pehle baar baar puchne per bhi As a cluster head kya kaam hoga wo btaya k aap cluster ki branch handle karoge aur team k sath cluster ka revenue aur risk manage kroge lekin joining k baad wo bilkul alag tha ek cluster head k bhi individualy target dediye k aap shop to shop jao market m aur individualy target achieve kro daily aur team se bhi kaam karwao. As a cluster head individually koi target nahi hote uske target uski team k sath hote h. Meri itni respectfull last job chudwayi uske baad mujhe dhoke se join karwaya ye bol kar k apki location delhi rahegi aur 10 din baad hi lucknow bhej diya aur kuch din baad hi mujhe nikaal diya, Meri last company se resign karaya jhoot bol kar aur mjhe apni company se nikaal diya mera itna kharcha karwa kar mujhe iska kharcha chahiye mera delhi m shift karne k jo kharcha hua uske baad lucknow m shift karne ka jo kharcha hua aur meri last company se jo resign karwaya. Mere pass abi koi job nahi h aur mujhe kahi job nahi mil rahi m financially bahut zda nuksan m ho gaya m apni family kese chalau meri samjh se bahar ho gaya h . Kirpiya mera compensation dilwane ki kirliya kare.
