Subject: complaint against the online fraud loan app
Respected Sir:
That I installed the mobile application named as TakaMall Loan App on 12.02.2023 and got the loan for the sum of Rs.3,000/- They deducted Rs.1200/- from the loan and paid the remaining Rs.1800/- to my bank account. I repaired and closed the entire loan amount of Rs.3,000/- through my mobile app.
Then again without my request, they again voluntarily loaned credit me Rs.4500/- and after deducting Rs.1,300/- from the loan amount they credited only Rs.2,700/- in my bank. Immediately I informed the concerned officer in charge to inappropriate loan app and requested him to stop the automatic loan option without my request through his whatsapp number i.e., +923471098958 and 7987554531, 9663884180, he also responded to my messages. The officer assured me that in future we will not credit any more loan without your request, I believed his words and I repaid the second loan as well.
After the settlement of the above two loans, they continue to send warning SMS and threatening messages from their different contact numbers, forcing me to pay again for the loan I have already paid, threatening to humiliate me by texting my friends and relatives about the loan if I do not pay.
Then on 20.02.2023 without my request of a loan they again provide Rs.6,500/- and in the above said amount they deduct Rs.2,300/- to my account. The Takamall Mobileapp voluntarily credit some amount as a loan and asked me for repayment higher than the actual credited amount otherwise they threatened that they will send messages to my family and friends. compelling me to deposit the said amount. I made a repeated request from the concerned officer in charge of the above loanApp they are not accepting my request. continuously they credit loans without my request to my account and ask for repayment higher than their deposited amount.
I request you to register a case and take action against an unidentified online fraud gang that is causing me a lot of mental distress, forcing me to pay for unnecessary loans and threatening to defame and humiliate me if I fail to repay.
