Dear sir/madam,
I have added Rs 2000 on 18/02/18 to my digipurse wallet .The amount is added successfully and the virtual card is generated, but I am not able to use this virtual card anywhere for online transaction. Also I can’t transfer the money back to my account.my money is block in the wallet and not any use.I have mailed to customer care of digipurse mail id- digipursecare@unionbankofindia.com & digipursecare1@unionbankofindia.com but no reply. Please help me in return my money.
