Text of Complaint by Mayank Mehta:

Here’s a brief overview of what transpired:

– Complaint Filed: On 30/08/2024, I registered a complaint regarding “a persistent malfunction in my internet connection”. I provided all the necessary details and was assured that a technician would be sent to resolve the problem.

– Follow-up:Over the course of the next 5 days, I followed up multiple times with your team to inquire about the status of my complaint. Each time, I was given vague responses or assured that a technician would be scheduled shortly.

– Complaint Closure: To my surprise, I received a notification on 02/09/2024 that my complaint had been closed. However, the issue remains unresolved, and none of the technicians ever visited to assess or fix the problem.

– Technician Refusal: When I attempted to contact the technicians directly, they either refused to visit or did not respond to my requests. Following are the names and contact number of the same

This lack of professionalism and accountability is both disappointing and unacceptable.

This experience has left me extremely frustrated, as I am still facing the same issues that prompted my initial complaint. As a paying customer, I expect timely and effective service, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

I request that my complaint be reopened immediately and that a qualified technician be dispatched to resolve the issue without further delay. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation as to why my complaint was closed without resolution and why the technicians refused to provide the necessary service.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I look forward to a prompt response and a swift resolution to this ongoing issue.
