I would request you to quickly resolve the complaint mentioned in the subject line.Its been a month and i have called customer service almost 4 times until now.
Please arrange the survey team to take the signal strength survey of indoor. Signal strength is very poor indoor, it is not a remote village to face these kind of issues.
