Subject: Complaint against Unsatisfactory Coaching Services and Request for Refund
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against [Name of the Coaching Institute], located at PhysicsWallah Limited, A-13/5, Sector 62, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201309, for providing substandard and unsatisfactory educational services, despite receiving full payment for the entire academic year in advance.
We had enrolled in the coaching program with the expectation of receiving professional tutoring and academic support. Unfortunately, the services rendered have been far below acceptable standards. Repeated attempts to address our concerns—through multiple emails and phone calls—have been met with either no response or unsatisfactory replies, indicating a lack of accountability and professionalism.
Moreover, the teaching methodology adopted by the institute has proven to be ineffective, and there has been no effort to improve the quality of education or student engagement, even after raising concerns. Due to this, we were left with no option but to withdraw from the program entirely. It was requested in the month of July. Old Batch started on 7th April and ended on 27th April due to our request to join in new batch which again starts from 4th July 2025 onwards. But, we have are given request for cancellation on 20th July through email. Even, we haven’t received any policy document at the time of payment. After requesting many time, today we have recieved the same.
Given that the entire fee for the academic year was paid in advance, we kindly request a refund of the amount paid. A copy of the fee receipt is enclosed with this letter for your reference.
We urge you to look into this matter with due urgency and take appropriate action to ensure that we receive a refund without further delay.
