Dear Sir/Ma’am
I am writing this mail in connection to my Compliant regarding return of damaged product
I have ordered Luvlap Electric Breast Pump and the same got delivered dated 27th March,2022
After checking the item, I have raised the complaint over the Call Center for the return of the product since the same was not working as per specification, although there was not material damage in product
Further I got the confirmation over the mail “cs-reply@amazon.in” dated 29/03/2022 that they have created a return for a refund of the product and the pick up is scheduled between 7am to 7pm tomorrow(Copy of mail attached for reference as well)
Further I tried to contact over the mail and Call Center several times and the only reply we got is “Our specialist team use to deal with this and they will contact us in next 24 hours” but that time never came despite of making several contact over the help Center and E-mail
Request you to check records and help us in getting the refund and item returned at earliest
