Same kind of thing happened with me also…highly unethical behaviour of every employee working in airtel..they don’t even know their own norms and policy … employees name Rajat, muskaan, rajani have done false committement regarding the in-house shifting of my broadband…they dnt knw the charges to be paid for inhouse shifting… installation nam named chunky he is just pathetic guy who doesn’t even knw how to work n speak….I wnt to remove my connection n wnt my refund of money but they r saying directly no for it…fully disappointed
I also facing issue withe refund, airtel is doing fraud with customers nowadays. I’m taking continuous follow up every time they say you refund will be initiated in 10-15 days. It’s been almost 4 months but didn’t get my refund.
