Hello
I convert my postpaid plan to prepaid plan on 17/07/2021 . Mr sudhanshu submit my requist and told me in 24 hour your sim signal loose and give me new sim and that will be activate after 5 to min. I say thanks go back to home.
Today 22/7/2021 I ask him my prepaid sim is not activated. Than he said to me the request is cancelled. Than I said you can check the request and again or inform me.
Than he rudly talk to me and say wait 30 to 60 min. And left the store.
