Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that my wife took out a loan for a mobile, dated 22 september 2020, the amount taken was only 2930 rs. ( Loan id : 2191433)
That amount she could not pay due to covid situation and some physical problem.
We did not get any notice and message for over dues, after one year suddenly they started to threaten my relatives, and started harassment.
Today I discussed this issue with the Need rupee app people and finalized an amount of 4000 rs for settlement. They agree, and I have all this proof on my whatsapp.
Now after getting 4000 they started harassment again, which is totally unacceptable.
Kindly intervene this issue, and help me to sort it out asap.
