Yesterday you informed about the subject dues. I have to inform as follows
a )About 2 months back i called up your 121 to cancel the above Mobile number which was a part of a plan linked to the primary number 9903548439. Apart from this primary number
the other numbers were 9903502879 9903503291 and 9903534618.
He confirmed cancellation of all the numbers. Since you have the facility of recording all our conversations had with customers , would therefore advice you to
to take up with the concerned authority for playing back all the conversations which i had on the last 2/3 months with 121 from my contention will be confirmed .
b) Till day before yesterday no reminder over email for the last three months stating the aforesaid payment is due. Now suddenly i am being reminded to pay.
Even if this matter was brought to my attention 2 months back i would have pointed out the aforesaid aspect of cancellation.
C )Same thing happened in case of Mob No 9903502879 the details of which i have mailed to you yesterday.
In view of the foregoing i shall not make any payment and if you remind i shall complain to the appropite authorities including TRAI regarding this unethical
practice of Airtel
