Dear Team,
I had spoken to this gentlemen 3 days back to have a connection at my residence and he assured me that someone will call me and do the needful. Today, when I called this person to check about the status of the same he started talking to me in foul language and banged his phone saying that please apply online for the connection.
I have a huge regard for this organization because I have also worked here in some capacity almost 15 years back. but, this kind of service/behavior is expected from the service team.
Need to know the reason on an immediate basis.
