Text of Complaint by Rahul Gupta:

I have applied for 2099 airtel black(9873495500) plan 5days back. I am extremely disappointed the way team has misguided me at every stage.

1) it was never told to me that i need to buy an Xstrem box worth 2000. I was earlier using reliance Jio and i never have paid any amount for their set top box and i was under impression that it work the same way for Airtel.

2) My connection got activated as per airtel records on 17th but after so much of struggle i managed to get 4G connection on my both postpaid no’s on 21st

3) at the time of buying ur sales representative(+91 88282 89996) told me that i will get access to all OTT channels including prime and hotstar on my TV but to my shock post installation it was told that hotstar can be viewed only on Mobile.

4) From 17th to 23rd i m being charged for the services which i never availed and ur customer care executive is helpless.

Airtel sales team is not responding properly.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Airtel service. I need my refund of Rs 2000 for Xstrem box and Rs 579 for DTH connection as I am not able to use any of the service.

I registered this complaint in their nodal office also but they are not ready for any help.

I have applied new connection fibernet + DTH plan 699 on 17th July 2022 installations fone in same day but still the DTH service is not started, only fiber net service is worning I contacted your representative, he asked me to contact customer care, then I contacted customer care, but they also cannot solve the problem. Then I requested to stop the DHT service until the problem is fixed, the customer care told me that they cannot stop the service. Also can’t run online apps OTT on xstram box. Is there such a service? why should I pay for a service you can’t provide me?

    I request you to stop this airtel black service with fibre net+dth and refund my mony

    I have rase complaint agenst the airtel.

    1. Few months before I have lost my TV. After I brought a new TV , I have tried to contact Airtel xtreme Costomer Servise. I have also applied for a set up box on 1st October 2022. After that ,on 14th October 2022 i have received a phone call from Airtel Xtreme Costomer service Lady. As per that lady , the technician was supposed to come my house on 15th October 2022 For a new Airtel Xtreme HD set up box. But still no one came to my house. And after that I have also talked with costumes service 2 or 3 times. BUT THE COSTOMER SERVISE HAVE NO CONCERN AT ALL.
