This is to inform you that My wife Ms. Priyanka Basumallik ordered a KHUSH Learning Educational Wooden Capital Alphabets Letters Tray Toy for our child, whose order ID was OD327749154052106100 which delivered to us on 14/04/2023 but after opened the box we found that the item delivered is completely different. It is Wooden Intelligence Block.
After several return request to delivery partner denied to accept the item as it is not matching with the details available with them. Can u say how the details will match when i have received completely different item!! Accordingly we have contacted with Flipkart customer service but they neither provide any satisfactory answer not showing any interest to return.
In that scenario, we expect your early intervention in that matter.
