Text of Complaint by Joy Saha:

This is with regard to the JioFiber connection installation request. I had made the payment to the Jio representative at 1:02 pm today who had mentioned that the connection will be activated within half an hour of payment.

After making the payment, I called him again, and each time, he promised to finish it in the following half hour. He had stopped returning my calls by 4 o’clock. I abruptly receive an email and text message informing me that the installation has been delayed due to a customer request, which is obviously false because I have not made any such request.

I called the specified number to complain about this. The customer service person stated that the cabling issue was given as the cause for the hold, but nobody had shown up even. Right at the beginning of the services, Mr. Mayank Mani Bhushan engaged in improper behaviour, for which I am filing a complaint and generating a termination request of the services.
