Dear Sir, Since 5 yrs i am using the Vodafone Postpaid connection .the main issue i m facing since 10 days is that i switched to the Vodafone RedX plan for the faster speed as they claimed to provide upto 50% faster data speed in this plan.When i switched and found that the speed was so slow as compared to the normal 4G plan and now I am forced to pay more amount every month for a slow internet. Now if I plan to switch to other network then its also not allowed by Vodafone because as per the T& C is we switch from vodafone RedX plan then customer need to pay amount of Rs.5000  as exit fee. i m not getting the promised internet speed and paid the huge amount for plan.Please look into the issue and help me I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
