We transported our TVS Jupiter Classic scooty from Woodland Movers and Packers, Andheri, Mumbai vide L.R. NO. 230374570, AWB No.: 8542610155606 from Mangalore to Mumbai. They shipped our vehicle through Delhivery. Attached herewith pictures before shipment where it can be clearly seen that there were no damage to our vehicle and have also attached pictures of the vehicle post-shipment. They have insurance to cover such incidents but neither Woodland nor Delhivery is helping us to claim damages to the vehicle. The side panel of the vehicle is badly damaged as if the vehicle was dropped during transportation. When we contacted them to register complaints, they asked to wait for 15 days and then eventually declined saying that the damage wont be made good by both the parties. Woodland Movers and Packers concerned person Sundar Singh abused us.
