Vodafone-Idea is blocking SMS to 1900. Whenever one tries to send ‘PORT’ to 1900, an error message is received “Unable To Send SMS” or “Message Sending Failed”. While on the other hand all the messages on the other numbers are readily get delivered.
When I complaint about this to VI customer care they simply disconnected my calls without giving me a satisfactory answer. Kindly take appropriate action against Vodafone-Idea.
