I have recently ported to Vodafone Idea, previously I am using Airtel.
After porting from day 1 I am facing many problems.
I have a family plan and all my number services are deactivated from their side.
All payments are clear for both Airtel and Vodfone.
As per them it would take 3 -4 days, but it would be a loss of 1 -2 lakh rupees as my whole business is running on my phone.
It’s not that I earn this much in 3 to 4 days but my previous work also affected.
They are not even listening their customer care is worst, thier executives just say computer messages.
Activate my number in 3-4 hours otherwise tell how can I get rid of it.
