Complaint against Vodafone
Dear sir,
Iam the post paid customer in Vodafone mobile company more than 5 years .
What amount they have demanded for post paid monthly amount was put by me in internet banking and its since 4 years it was paying accordingly. When one fine morning when iam going for walking regular I was call my friend to come for walking. At that time I was surprised that my mobile is not working. After return to home I verified my mobile then I came to know that. Rs. 863 valued aded service I was not paid for that my mobile connection was disconnected. Then I called help line they informed me that I was not paid Rs.863/- value added service which was not informed by me by way of call or emails. I was very much annoyed and paid immediately.
