I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai departing on 31st May 2020 – on Indigo flight 6E 223 (A321) vide Airline PNR Number – GGC4HS, Vide VIA.COM TRAVEL SITE VIDE THEIR: –

But the flight did not take off due to lockdown and the Indigo Airline had cancelled the said itinerary and had created a credit shell in my favour for INR 2100/-. BUT as I have booked the said ticket at VIA SITE I couldn’t reschedule my ticket at the Indigo site and therefore informed the VIA Travel Site at their official Email ID – care@via.com to reschedule my flight for the New Date –
DATE : 20th Oct. 2020 By INDIGO FLIGHT : 6E 6215 (DEL TO MUMBAI Non-stop 12:55 – 15:00 ) FARE : AT INDIGO SIGHT on those dates reflected : ₹3,956 And I undertaked to pay difference in charges if any.
But the VIA.Com Authorities did not reschedule and or issued me a new ticket deliberately, willfully and intentionally for the reasons best known to them inspite of me sending them 2 Emails at their official Email ID on 15th Oct. & 16th Oct. 2020 informing them to reschedule my flight at the earliest. In this regard they were further informed by me on 16th Oct. 2020 at the Contact Tab at the VIA APP and further on the same day even informed their customer executive too, but they negligently failed to reschedule my flight and I was constrained to purchase a new ticket directly with the INDIGO for 23rd Oct. 2020 and had to pay Rs. 4506/- inspite of having a credit shell for Rs. 2100/- with the Indigo airlines which I could have availed off and the said amount could have been deducted from the amount of Rs. 4506/- and thus I have been deliberately cheated by the VIA.COM people by not booking my ticket inspite of repeated reminders and Emails to which they even failed to respond and or reply even.
Its thus submitted that either the VIA.Com should refund my amount of Rs. 2100/- which is lying as credit shell in my favour with the INDIGO for the loss caused to me by not availing my credit shell of Rs. 2100/- or in the Alternative they should issue me a new ticket for other date of any of the Indigo flight that I might choose at my convenience so that the said credit shell of Rs. 2100/- can be availed by me
Failing which I will be constrained to take appropriate legal action against them for the loss caused along with damages
