complaint against Urban Company for installation of PVC Wall Panel – advance of Rs 20,009/- was paid – the professional appointed by the Urban Company, was paid in unprofessional manner owing to his hasty mannerism while doing his work. He broke the ladder, he even broke the switch plate, he damaged the cupboard and he made a huge scratch on the bed. aforesaid concerns was raised through the chat option and requested to assign other professional and for taking up the issue with the company. There was no significant assistance provided by the agents so deputed by the company nor any professional was appointed till date. Some of the PVC wall Panels were also missing and some were also defected- company assured that the missing panels and defected panels will be replaced and will be delivered within 2 (two) working days till date the none arrived. Therefore have to appoint private professional for installation of PVC wall panel and now from 25th October, 2023 when he was starting his work it came to the knowledge that the company professional has installed some of the panels in wrong manner on the walls. As a result the installation work needed to be start from scratch. This has caused irreparable loss, mental agony, loss of time and money.
