Dear Sir/ma’am,
This is to inform you that I had some issues in my washing machine and i booked the technician through urban app and a technician visited to my home and he replaced the timer and all buttons which was required but issue could not be fixed . So they removed their parts and fixed it with old parts again . Than I requested for a professional one. He came to my home and asked for approval which is require from urban end however, he did not receive any approval yet . It’s been more than 16 days and my machine is still not working . It was working before their service .now i want my machine as it was working before their service or i want to claim my washing machine . I want my money back . I am not so rich and i can afford another washing machine
