I have received my monthly phone bill for the period of 21.02.2021 to 20.03.202. Whereas I have found that there has been added one outgoing ISD call chargers. (the call details are below mentioned). Which was not done by me.

I have raised a complaint against the Unethical monthly phone bill. But your complaint team has said that this is done by me and they want to negotiate on the same. Complaint id: C003-103191282627.
My question is why would I pay for something which I didn’t do?
I have paid only monthly rental Rs. 589.00 against the total bill amount Rs. 1367.44 on 05.04.2021.
