Complaint Details:
I am filing this complaint against the TrustRoot Loan App for an unauthorized loan amount being credited to my account without my consent, which constitutes a serious breach of privacy and misuse of my personal financial data.
On 4th October 2025, an amount of ₹1,800 was transferred to my account from TrustRoot Loan. I had not applied for any loan or transaction at that time. Earlier the same day, I had already repaid ₹3,000 for a previous loan disbursed by the same app.
After repayment, receiving another unsolicited loan amount without authorization is both inappropriate and suspicious. This act raises concerns of data misuse and potential fraud.
I have attached the payment proof and transaction details for both the repayment and the unauthorized credit.

Relief / Resolution Sought:
1. Immediate clarification and reversal of the unauthorized ₹1,800 transaction.
2. Permanent deletion of my profile and personal data from the TrustRoot Loan app.
3. Assurance that my financial and personal information will not be misused further.
4. Investigation of the app’s practices to ensure compliance with data privacy and consumer protection laws.
