Many people have made complaint about unauthorizrd and illegal instant loan apps , but still some of them are available in play store , that mean they are still free to cheat the borrowers , someof them are Happy rupee , longing loan , cash bus , icashnow , Go cash , Panda loan etc. please take action against these fraud loan apps , and remove them from play store. I think some meaningful action will be taken against unauthorized instant loan apps.

India Bulls Dhani Loan application is troubling the customers by taking money twice even for one loan. Kindly take some action against this application which is charging 10-15 rs interest
I am also suffering from such type of fraud. I am too much fursted. I had taken a loan from pocket Bank app which is registered in Google play Store and it’s ratting is 4.3. This app also provide short term loan for 7 days. In due date I got message on WhatsApp for payment. I go through app for payment this is not done status is fail. I sent the screenshot to said member they told some server issue. I sent two link of rs1708/- you pay through. I paid as per instruction.only rs 380/- was remaining. They told me after successful said payment i will sent link for rs380/-,but they no reply after payment done. I had written email to mentioned helpline in app too many time that send the link of remaining amount of rs380/- and update in app but there is no response. After 6 days that person again whatapp and call from different no. for payment of Rs1708/- again. I told him I paid it and also email regarding the concern ,but they threading me and share all contacts which is store in my mobile. I don’t know how they get the all contacts. They are abusing me very bad. And also to my contacts. Kindly take strong action against these types of companies.

Winter loan app is fake and dubious I apply a loan Rs 20000.he take all documents through online and after 15 minutes message your loan pass and disbursed your account amount is Rs 1160 and Repayment 2000.on only 5 days with out information disbursed amount1160 and now harrassing Rs 2000 only for 5 days it is fake app and take action against those apps cheating sir

This is small example but there are internal link each loan app. Total my brother loss amount rs 380000 only in this all play store loans apps till date . 22 feb 2022.
I don’t know how they get the all contacts. They are abusing me very bad. And also to my contacts. Kindly take strong leagal action against these types of companies.

Kindly banned online loan app as they stole personal data and contacts from phones.
They are calling to the contacts and misbehaving them and also harrasing which is totally unethical as per govt law.
Sir, in the past due to my medical emergency I have taken a 10k loan from one of the app Fast Ruppe(now not available on play store) and they have charged me nearly 40% interest which is totally not comply with the RBI guidelines and it was not mentioned anywhere and they have transferred the amount of Rs 6k . I repaid the amount within 6 days as they have started calling me from 6th day for the repayment. To get the loan I need to allow my phone permission like contacts,media,location etc to the app and I did so.
Now after sometime I have started getting calls from other apps too including the previous one to repay the loan. I told them that I have not taken any loan but they started blackmailing me by saying that they will call my all contacts and share the porn image ,will hamper my prestige in the market,also started abusing me on wats app through different numbers and these numbers were not valid when I used to call them back.
Now everyday I am receiving more than 100 calls and 100 wats app messages from all these fraud apps ,harrasing me and my family members,abusing them,abusing my clients ,my company staffs,sending vulgar and non veg pics to them . So i can say finally they have ruined my image in the market.
I have attached the conversation screenshot happened on wats app yesterday with them. Request you to check the attached image.
I would request you to seriously look into the matter and take strict actions against them.

There are many apps harassing my contacts and also my parents. They are editing my photos and sending worst pictures to my parents. I lost my respect and I lost my job because of this. Mai bhi isi tarah pareshaan tha ye log humse jyada contacts ko pareshaan karte hain nude photo edit karke bhejte hain. Chor, Criminal etc Pan or Adhar pe likhkar contact ko send karte hain. Mere sath bhi esa hua. Fir maine in apps se badla lena ka socha Maine phone ki memory se saare contact hatakar ek nai sim mai save kar liye. Jo purani sim thi usme fake contact list banai or kai company se loan le chuka hun minimum 50 ki contact list hona zaroori hai or whatsup pe bhi kisi model ki dp daali ab mai sukhi ho gaya hoon mera badla bhi poora ho gaya hai. Ye log na to police complaint kar sakte hain or na hi koi legal action le sakte hain kyuki ye khud illegal hain. Meri aapko advice hai aap bhi inse badla lijiye.
I had taken a loan long bk from an app called quick loan and instant loan and without our confirmation they send the amount .they charge 40percdnt interest for 7days I hv returned wat they sent nd not a ruppe more . Few days later my contacts started getting vulgar messages nd calls including my colleagues with porn clip nd my pic morphed.These guyz need to caught a sued coz as per law they cannot charge such huge amount interest and misuse of data and spoiling an image of a women .also adding they used my aadhar card and wrote vulgar msgs and circulated it to my contacts.Please take strick action it’s my sincere request and I will going to the media soon.These apps are lemon loan, mainly instant loan, quick loan, es loan, on loan, Dutta loan, salary dost, ruppe dee, cred bee and many more. The question is ..is our government gonna ever do something about this or people like us will hv to end up.killing ourselves.
