hi,
i booked a flight for delhi to pune on 19th june 2021 after the amount got debited i received a call from travolook agent that my flight has been cancelled by operational issue and amount will be refunded within 10-15 days after that i try to contact with go air customer care to get the info. about flight and it was running properly no issue nothing
after that i contact with them about the PNR Status they still told that flight is not booked so PNR is not generated and when asked about the refund they all like it will transferred in some days
how am i goona book it now i want to complaint against them for the refund.
