I am writing to file a formal complaint against Travolook regarding the non-refund of a cancelled flight booking. The details of my case are as follows:

Refund Amount: ₹5012
Date of Transaction: 3rd June 2022
On 3rd June 2022, I booked a flight through Travolook. Unfortunately, the booking was cancelled, and I have been awaiting a refund of ₹5012 since then. Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances from Travolook’s customer service team, I have yet to receive my refund.
I have provided all necessary documents and details multiple times over the past 24 months. However, Travolook has continuously delayed the refund process without providing any clear explanation or timeline. This prolonged delay and lack of response have caused significant inconvenience and financial burden.
As per the guidelines set by the government and the aviation industry, refunds for cancelled flight tickets should be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Travolook’s failure to adhere to these regulations and their lack of communication have left me with no option but to seek legal assistance.
I hereby request the Consumer Forum to intervene in this matter and ensure that Travolook processes my refund without further delay. Additionally, I seek compensation for the undue harassment and financial losses incurred due to this delay.
