I booked a flight on 5th January, 2020 on travolook from Jaipur to Srinagar, The amount was deducted from my account and then immediately my ticket was cancelled with price difference reason. Then I got a mail of cancellation and it state that my money will be refunded within 7-10 days, however, I didn’t receive any amount. I called the customer support multiple times but I receive the same reason every time that it is in progress. It is been one month already but action taken from the travolook side.
I request you to take strong action against such a fradugelant company and force them to refund the amount of every person.
I also request you to cancel the licence of this organisation as it is happening with almost every traveller who by mistake try to book a flight from their site.
