I am writing with regards to Traventure Holidays Pvt. Ltd.

Actually we had been to D’Mart near sunkadakatte and near the entrance some people took our contact number and said that there will be some lucky draw and will call you if your part of that luck winner. So within couple of days we received the call and they forced us to come to their office to collect the gift. So once we went to their office, they started explaining about the tours & packages from Traventure Holidays. They said this is the offer price we are giving to you if you registered today itself. Since the packages were attractive so we thought we will register. So the total amount was 1,30,000 Rs. But we did not had that much money, so we said we need 2 days time to arrange money. Then they asked about credit card and said to pay some amount and remaining we can pay within a week. So we paid 50,000 Rs via Credit card and took the bill and vouchers. After a week I started getting call from Sunil, who has explained us about the packages. So I arranged the money and paid it via online since I was in my native. So after few days we went back to native for some work and we couldn’t come back early. So when we checked now, the office address which we had been i.e Malagala Road, Nagarbhavi is vacated by them a year back itself.
So now we do not have their number nor customer care number. Even when we checked the details on the receipt & bill, only email ID is mentioned but no any number. So we are unable to get them now. It seems to be a great fraud and we wasted our hard earned money. It will be helpful if we get any help from consumer forum. Thanks

We are planning to form a WhatsApp group and lodge a police complaint at Nagarbhavi police station and to Commissioners office Bangalore, by coming together, so that the actions are taken effectively and immediately.
