Hello Sir/Ma’am,
This is Ashirwad Patel from vadodara, Gujarat, My mobile number is 9998116220, my complaint is for some financial Need i have started to take loan from this app from last 1 month ,app name is Toop loan which is available in Play store, they just ask for person’s aadhar card pan card and mobile number after the simple process without any OTP or agreement they successfully provide small loan once repayment the amount after a week they increased the loan amount in app, i am doing job with normal salary so i have took the loans they charged up to 40% interest rate for 1 week loan, they never send sms or something like genuine loan app they just contacted on direct phone calls and on whatsapp msgs. on this sunday 27th of aug morning they msg me on my number for repayment i have paid 10649 full amount and they said ok after sometime when i reached for loan closed status they said there are network issue so will closed in sometime then again next day means on 28th of aug 2023 they again msg me on my number which screenshot i have attached and asking for money and i provided them all snaps for that person and they refused and said he is fruad and again pay money and told me for send my pics and msg to my contacts please help me in this.
