I have asked Tikona for a disconnection around a month back but they still haven’t done anything, they send me messages saying your payment will be due on this date. And now when I try to write them all my mails from my registered customer ID are rejected, and when I mail them from some other ID, they say this one is not registered. Their customer care specifically told me that we have taken your disconnection request I even received a mail saying that you won’t be charged still I receive these calls on daily basis and they are not entirely removing my account on purpose.
