Dear sir,
I’ve been ticket new valuable customer for past several years but the issue I faced today was a terrible experience in my entire life, I booked for a doctor movie in thailamai cinemas Thiruvarur. when we are about to enter the theatre the checking person standing there and about to touch my packet i requested him I will show the the things which I have it in packet and requested him not to touch ( as am not comfortable ) for that he spoke to me with arrogance attitude and didn’t not allow me to enter theatre for a while. Then I asked him to allow me in to the theatre for that he told me I should talk to manager . Then the manager came and spoke sluggish language and told me that I ,ve drunk ( I’ve not touched alcohol in my entire life ) and am not eligible to enter theatre. And paid half counter price ticket money back and thrown out of the place
And I booked the ticket as it was listed in ticket new.com and I request honourable officer to take a necessary step warn and advice theatre staff to treat the clients in a gentle way.

Hye Im registering a complaint of cineplex Jammu (MOVIETIME) cinema yesterday I was visited there to watch movie namely JATT NU CHUDAIL TAKRI. MOVIE TIME 10:15 Pm with my wife and mom. The price of ticket was RS 140/- each ticket and when I ask for 3 tickets the executive sitting there said per ticket cost RS 420/- each when I argue why you make it compulsory the food with tickets then he said you have to take it else we are not Giving you the tickets and he also said I was directed to do this then I leave from there while saying I’ll escalate this with you higher authority then only he give me ticket as per price RS 140/- please look into this matter and stop this mal practice ASAP
